Students can meet with an elementary counselor at school. 
Teachers or Parents can request a meeting for your student.

Parents are not notified regarding student visits with a counselor unless
there is a concern for harm to self or others, significant academic concerns,
or if the student requests it.
Our counselors provide:
 
-Individual counseling (15-20 minutes)
-Group counseling (20-30 minutes)
-Quick check-ins (2-5 minutes)
-Conflict resolution

At Frontier Academy Elementary School students will develop character, practice skills and model social emotional learning that will empower all students to reach their maximum potential. The mission of the Frontier Academy Elementary School Counseling Department is to provide a comprehensive and culturally competent school counseling program that addresses the academic, career, and personal/social development of all students in a safe and nurturing environment. The Counseling Department is committed to partnering with stakeholders and collaborating with staff to provide evidence-based supports to empower student growth, encourage connectedness and build skills for life-long learning.
