Volunteers & Visitors

Frontier Academy extends a warm welcome to both volunteers and visitors!

If you wish to explore our campus or contribute as a volunteer, kindly submit your request through the designated process below. Please allow 24 hours for visitor approval and 48 hours for volunteer approval. Following your submission, a member of our administration will reach out to you with confirmation and approval, which includes arrangements for visiting your student's classroom during the school day.

For those interested in volunteering during school hours at the elementary or secondary campus, attendance at an orientation is mandatory. The orientation covers the expectations and conduct for volunteers on campus.

To complete your orientation, you may attend any Elementary OPT meeting or join us on Wednesdays at 8 am at the elementary campus. Elementary OPT meetings usually occur on the 2nd Tuesday of each month (August-May) at 6 pm in the Elementary Library. Refer to the event calendar for precise details or email [email protected] to inquire about alternative orientation dates.

Please note that visitors to campus must obtain prior authorization from the building principal or Executive Director for safety and security reasons. Parents seeking to visit classes or educational activities for their specific students must receive prior approval before entering the approved venue.

The administration retains the right to deny access to any school property or activity. Volunteers must obtain prior approval from classroom teachers and administration and will be provided with clear expectations for their involvement in the educational program.

Any visitor deemed disruptive to the learning environment may be asked to leave the building. Violators of this policy may receive a warning of trespass and could be prohibited from returning.
