Dear Frontier Academy Community,

Approximately 1:00 on Tuesday 5/17, administration at Frontier Academy Secondary was informed of vandalism in the high school bathroom which included a threat to the safety of students and staff at the secondary school. No specific students were named in this threat, but a specific date of 5/18/22 was used. We immediately contacted the Greeley Police Department, who is assisting us in investigating this incident.

As safety is our top priority, we will be canceling school for all Frontier Academy K12 students and staff on Wednesday 5/18/22.  

We are planning to resume all school operations on Thursday 5/19/22 with additional police presence from GPD at both campuses.  

Due to the ongoing nature of this investigation, we are unable to share any more details at this time.  Thank you.
