K5 Supply/Device Pick Up

Attention Elementary Families

We will be distributing student supplies and devices
Wednesday afternoon (9/9/20)
from 12:30 to 4:00 pm. 

Although we will have supplies for all students,
we will only be distributing chromebooks for families who have already
requested a device via the request form sent out last week. 

We will have a second pickup time for devices soon if needed.  

We understand that we are distributing supplies and devices
with a short turnaround before we are expected to be back at school on the 15th. 

We are simply wanting to be proactive in case our closure
needs to extend past the original date
so that we don't have a further delay in remote learning. 

If the closure needs to be extended beyond the 15th,
we will have another date for supply pickup next week. 

If you would prefer to wait to pick up supplies
due to the short turnaround, we understand.  

If you are picking up supplies tomorrow, please come to the K3 building
between 12:30 and 4:00 with your driveline number visible. 
We will move parents through a pickup process as quickly as possible.
